Can you use the Icons to start up programs?
If so How?

you sure can ! right click on the icons, then click edit skin - then in the variables section, enter the path to the program you want to use. it should be something like C:\Program Files\Skype\Skype.exe. You can also change the title this way aswell. enjoy
